Swamps

Urn depicting a beautiful crocodile with glass eyes in its lid. The body of the vessel shows another crocodile -also with glass eyes- and some weird interlaced fish. The enamels used are transparent so both the high relief and the drawing can be properly appreciated.

Made out of albino refractory clay with light chamotte.

Heated at 1250 °C

Enamels used: of my own formula.

Piece size: less tan 25 cm.
