Great Hammerhead

This urn depicts a great hammerhead, with the head represented by the lid, and the body outlined in relief on both sides of the vessel.

Made out of albino refractory clay with light chamotte.

Heating at 1250 °C

Enamels used: of my own formula. A combination of gloss transparent enamels and opaque matte enamels.

Piece size: less than 42 cm.
